Services
Body massage provides light to medium pressure for relaxation, stress reduction, and pain relief. We use oil or lotion to massage your neck, shoulders, and back. Please let us know any specific areas that need more attention.
Deep Tissue works the same areas as a normal body massage, but also provides deep pressure to relieve muscle tension in the deepest layers of muscle. Best for working on trouble spots and muscle knots, adhesion. At times you may feel some discomfort during a deep tissue massage, please let us know if you feel pain so we can adjust.

Foot massage helps to reduce stress, relieve pain, and feel relaxed. A typical 1 hour foot massage consists of 15 minutes warm foot bath. While your feet are soaking we massage your head, neck, arms, and hands. Then 45 minutes foot and lower leg massage.

Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite. Cupping Therapy is an ancient Chinese practice that dates back to 300 AD. It kind of feels like the opposite of a massage because your skin and muscles are being sucked up instead of pushed down. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles and encourage blood flow.
